Why do doctors keep patient information confidential? Do some research before answering.
Its highly recommended that i registered Doctor should keep patients information confidential because its of their job and concern to deal with their patients problems.
Doctors are overseen by the rules of confidentiality, which are there to help and protect patients. They can't reveal a patient's medical history, even to their closest family members, without the patient’s permission, no matter how much they might want to.
Doctors should keep patient information confidentialbecause if the patient has a rare desease, but the doctor can't tell yet because it isn't very servere, and so they give the patient a different medicine that only makes it worse, it is nice to keep that information because you never know when someone might come back feeling een worse than they did before.
Trust is the most important piece of the patient-doctor relationship. Patients trust their doctor to keep their health information private. Doctors have to have a patient’s permission to share their medical information with anyone.
Doctors most likely do this because the patient does not want to talk about this subject to other people. This information also might not be discussed outside of the hospital. My parents always know wants going on with my op ointment is, but John does not have any living parents. Lastly, the doctors might have personal information such as age.
Doctors keep patient's information confidential because it is very sensitive and other problems to the patient. It's also very personal to the patient and the patient might not want anybody to know about their sickness, disease, or whatever has happened.

It's just not right. It's your information. Although, because we're talking about old Gramps here, it might just be his attitude.

If they don't have the patient's permission there's no telling anyone the information.

ReplyDeleteGranfather wants his illnes to be secure so he is still welcome. Sam cannot talk about it because the law says so.
